StyleBuilder has the following characteristics: it can import the visual style from other websites, it automatically converts 32-bit BMPs to PNG files to edit them, it uses the Luna style to create start-up templates quickly, and it configures bitmap editors. Also, you can colour any zone in Windows. All the fonts generated by the program (in normal, large or extra large sizes) can be previewed and edited.
